Job Title: Moderator - Lahore


We are hiring a Moderator to join our team in Lahore. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring online communities and ensuring that all content posted is appropriate and follows community guidelines. You will also be responsible for responding to user inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor online communities and social media platforms for inappropriate or offensive content
- Enforce community guidelines and take appropriate action when necessary
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Resolve any disputes or issues between users
- Work closely with other team members to maintain a positive online community environment
- Provide regular reports on community activity and user engagement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in community management or moderation
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to remain professional and objective in difficult situations
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
