Requirements:
- Native or near-native English proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in English or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
- Passion for teaching and helping others improve their language skills

Responsibilities:
- Create personalized lesson plans based on student's goals, needs, and abilities
- Teach English language skills including reading, writing, speaking, and listening
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods such as games, activities, and multimedia resources to make lessons fun and engaging
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and their parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other tutors to share ideas and resources for effective teaching practices
