We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial structures and facilities such as factories, warehouses, and production plants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their requirements and needs for industrial structures.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information on the existing conditions.
- Develop detailed architectural plans and drawings that meet the functional, aesthetic, and safety requirements of the project.
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that designs are feasible and meet all necessary standards.
- Oversee construction progress to ensure that it aligns with the approved plans.
- Make any necessary adjustments or modifications to plans during the construction process.
- Ensure that all projects comply with local building codes and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an Industrial Architect.
- In-depth knowledge of industrial building materials, construction methods, and design principles.
- Proficient in using CAD software for architectural drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
