Industrial Architect


We are a leading architecture firm based in Ufa and we are seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop functional and efficient designs that meet industry standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial architecture
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other architectural software
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements, budget, and timeline
- Design industrial buildings that meet client needs and comply with regulations
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction teams to follow
- Oversee the construction process to ensure design specifications are met
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards

Salary: $1100 per month
