Skilled Metal Worker


We are a metal fabrication company based in Vilnius and we are seeking a skilled Metal Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience working with various types of metal and be able to use a variety of tools and equipment to fabricate and repair metal products.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Measure, cut, shape, bend, drill, weld, grind, and polish metal materials using various tools and equipment
- Assemble fabricated parts to create finished products
- Repair damaged or broken metal products using appropriate techniques
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and project deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience as a Metal Worker or in a similar role
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Proficient in the use of various hand tools such as saws, drills, grinders, etc.
- Experience with welding techniques (MIG/TIG)
- Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy materials and equipment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred:
- Experience working with stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals commonly used in fabrication
- Trade certification or diploma in metalworking
- Biometric passport for easy travel within the EU

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

Contract Type:
This is a full-time contract position.

Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided for the selected candidate.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is required for this position.
