As the Construction Manager, you will oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to completing projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for managing a team of contractors and ensuring that all work is completed according to quality standards and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in construction management, with a strong understanding of project management principles. Bilingual candidates with excellent English communication skills are preferred. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1200$ per month.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in construction management
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Strong understanding of project management principles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes
