Junior Architectural Designer


We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Architectural Designer to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will assist in the design and development of architectural projects, working closely with senior designers and architects.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of design concepts and presentation materials
- Prepare detailed drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with project team members to ensure designs meet client requirements
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and potential issues
- Research building codes, materials, and construction techniques for project feasibility
- Assist in the preparation of construction documents and specifications
- Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to discuss project details

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- A passion for architecture and design

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1300 per month.
