Junior Commercial Architect
Location: Lahore, Pakistan


We are a reputable architecture firm seeking a driven and talented Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Lahore. In this role, you will work closely with our senior architects to design and develop commercial spaces for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those looking to gain experience in the field of commercial architecture.

Responsibilities:
- Work alongside senior architects to develop and present design proposals for commercial projects
- Conduct research and gather information on site conditions, building codes, and zoning regulations
- Create detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible and meet all requirements
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into designs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies to continually improve designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.

This is a full-time position. We welcome applications from students who are able to commit to working full-time during the summer months.
