Hotel Sales Manager - Riyadh

The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in Riyadh. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a passion for hospitality and proven experience in sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong network within the Indian and Malayalee communities, as well as experience working in the hotel industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract Indian and Malayalee clientele
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and maximum revenue generation
- Create sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the hotel
- Oversee the sales team's performance and provide guidance and coaching when needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong network within the Indian and Malayalee communities
- Familiarity with sales techniques such as cold calling, networking, and lead generation
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Riyadh (accommodation provided)
