Seasonal Concierge in Multan


We are searching for a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Seasonal Concierge in Multan. As a concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will provide exceptional service to ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
- Provide information about the hotel, its facilities, and the local area
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, and other services as requested by guests
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of current events and attractions in Multan to make recommendations to guests
- Ensure that all guest needs are met during their stay

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
As a seasonal concierge, you will receive a salary of 900$ per month.
