We are searching for a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Manager to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations and ensuring that our customers have a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant including scheduling, ordering supplies, and overseeing staff performance
- Train and supervise staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service
- Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for customers
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall profitability
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Maintain inventory levels and manage budget to meet financial goals
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate updates and discuss any issues or concerns

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant management role is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Portuguese language skills are a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
- Must have a biometric passport or be eligible to obtain one
