We are a logistics company based in Ufa, Russia and we are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable Loader to join our team. This position is suitable for men and does not require any prior experience. We welcome applicants of all nationalities, but proficiency in English is preferred.

As a Loader, you will be responsible for loading and unloading goods onto trucks or other vehicles for transportation. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the goods are properly secured and stacked in an organized manner. This role requires physical strength and stamina as you will be required to lift heavy items repeatedly throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and review delivery orders to determine load requirements
- Load and unload goods onto vehicles following safety procedures
- Ensure that all goods are properly stacked and secured before transportation
- Inspect goods for damage or defects before loading them onto vehicles
- Operate equipment such as forklifts to move heavy items if necessary
- Keep track of the inventory of loaded goods
- Report any damaged or missing items to the supervisor
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy items repeatedly throughout the day
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic math skills for inventory management purposes
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Russian is a plus)
- Prior experience working as a Loader is an advantage
