Loader Operator


We are hiring a skilled Loader Operator to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment such as loaders to load and unload materials on construction sites, warehouses, and other locations. Your main goal will be to ensure safe and efficient movement of materials while following all safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Operate loaders to move materials around construction sites and other locations
- Load and unload materials onto trucks, trailers, or other vehicles
- Inspect equipment for any damages or malfunctions before each use
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate material movement
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols while operating heavy equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment
- Valid loader operator certification preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Good communication skills in English or Russian preferred

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month. The working hours may vary depending on project needs but will generally be Monday-Friday with occasional weekends. This position does not require any specific language skills but fluency in English or Russian is preferred.
