We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to building maintenance and repair. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks
- Inspect buildings and identify any issues or potential problems
- Install fixtures and appliances as needed
- Respond to tenant requests for repairs in a timely manner
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting techniques
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English (or French if applying for the position in Canada)
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if necessary
