Part-Time Office Manager in Multan

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a part-time Office Manager in Multan. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficient and smooth functioning. Your main duties will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining office supplies, and managing office budgets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time-management skills, as well as previous experience in office administration. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a part-time job with flexible hours. Salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff members
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Managing office budgets and expenses
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Ensuring the office is running smoothly by addressing any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an office manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Urdu is a plus

Location: Multan, Pakistan (own visa required)

Job Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)

Salary: 1200$ per month
