Facade Technician



We are seeking a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of building facades. This includes working with a variety of materials such as glass, metal, and stone. You must have experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings and be proficient in using hand and power tools. A biometric passport is required for this position. This full-time job also includes accommodation. Students with relevant experience are welcome to apply. Salary for this position is $1300 per month.

As a Facade Technician, your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Installing new building facades according to technical drawings and specifications
- Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on existing facades
- Identifying and troubleshooting issues with facades
- Using various hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently
- Ensuring proper safety protocols are followed at all times
- Collaborating with other team members to complete projects on time
- Keeping accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Providing excellent customer service when interacting with clients or stakeholders

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or trade school training preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facade installation, maintenance, or repair
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately
- Proficient in using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to work at heights if necessary
- Biometric passport required for travel purposes
