Computer Systems Analyst


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team in Vilnius. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating the computer systems and processes used by our company to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing new computer systems to meet the changing needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current computer systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Make recommendations for enhancements to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness
- Design and implement new computer systems to meet the changing needs of the organization
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and make recommendations on how they can be incorporated into existing systems
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure seamless integration of systems
- Train employees on how to effectively use new systems and provide ongoing technical support

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Computer Systems Analyst
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Knowledge of database management systems, network infrastructure, and security protocols
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
