Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based drinks, following recipes and guidelines.
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, including seasonal specials and promotions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, handling payments, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Keep the coffee shop clean and organized at all times, including wiping tables, restocking supplies, and sanitizing equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies when needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Filipino nationality preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English is an advantage but not required.
- No prior experience as a Barista is necessary; training will be provided.
