We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Security Analyst to join our growing team in Sheduva, Lithuania. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for protecting our organization's computer systems and networks from potential threats and breaches. Your primary role will be to identify vulnerabilities, assess risks, and implement security measures to safeguard our data and assets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and risks.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to protect against cyber attacks.
- Monitor network traffic for any suspicious activity or potential threats.
- Investigate security incidents and breaches and take appropriate actions to mitigate them.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the implementation of effective security measures across all systems.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in information security analysis or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, encryption techniques, and other security technologies.
- Experience with vulnerability assessment tools such as Nessus or Qualys.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 27001 or NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns in data and detect potential threats.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
