Job Title: Factory Line Worker - Mombasa, Kenya


We are hiring Factory Line Workers to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. As a Factory Line Worker, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the production line machinery and ensuring that all products are manufactured in accordance with company quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain the production line machinery, including but not limited to conveyor systems, packaging machines, and cutting tools.
- Monitor the production process to ensure products are being manufactured correctly according to company specifications.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or product inconsistencies to the supervisor.
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear while working on the production line.
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times.
- Meet daily production targets set by the supervisor.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working on a factory production line is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow strict guidelines for product quality.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
- Must have accommodation arrangements in Mombasa.
