Equipment Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Equipment Operator to join our team in Multan. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. The primary responsibility of this role is to safely and efficiently operate various types of equipment on construction sites and other work areas. The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of equipment functions and be able to perform routine maintenance as needed. This is an urgent job opportunity with a competitive salary of 1600$. Candidates who are local to Multan or willing to relocate are preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders according to safety regulations and company policies
- Understand equipment functions and be able to troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow project plans and blueprints to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other personnel on the work site
- Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions or necessary repairs
- Adhere to all safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 3 years' experience operating heavy equipment in a construction setting
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of basic mechanical principles and ability to perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if required
