Senior Architect - Chelyabinsk, India


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Chelyabinsk, India. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of complex projects, ensuring that they meet all necessary regulations and specifications. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions to meet their requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for complex projects from concept to completion
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop innovative solutions
- Develop detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for construction
- Review and approve all project designs to ensure compliance with regulations and specifications
- Oversee the construction process and provide guidance to the construction team
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design techniques and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent leadership skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: $1500 per month

Location: Chelyabinsk, India
