Senior Architect - Utena, Lithuania


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our growing team in Utena. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure project success. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles, excellent design and technical skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month. Indian nationals with proficiency in English are preferred. Accommodation is not provided.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design software
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design plans
- Review project budgets and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design concepts and technical details

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an architect in a similar capacity
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other computer-aided design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
