Land Surveyor

A reputable construction company in Clairvaux is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, prepare topographic maps and provide accurate data for engineering and construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys using GPS, laser scanners, and other equipment
- Create detailed maps and reports using survey data
- Analyze data and make calculations to determine property boundaries
- Communicate with clients and project managers to understand project requirements
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accuracy of survey data
- Provide guidance and support to junior surveyors on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles, techniques, and procedures
- Excellent mathematical skills for accurate calculations
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, project managers, and other team members
