We are hiring an Adjuster to join our team in Osijek. As an Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and processing insurance claims on behalf of clients. You will review policy language, assess damages, and negotiate settlements with other parties involved in the claim.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office

Responsibilities:
- Conduct investigations into insurance claims, including reviewing policy language, assessing damages, and determining coverage
- Gather necessary documentation and evidence to support the claim
- Communicate with other parties involved in the claim, such as clients, witnesses, and insurance companies
- Negotiate settlements with other parties based on evidence and policy terms
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of claims processed
- Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and trends related to insurance claims processing
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient handling of claims

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this full-time position. Accommodation can also be provided if needed.
