We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Claims Adjuster to join our team in Osijek, Croatia. As an Insurance Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating insurance claims and determining the appropriate amount of compensation. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$, and we also offer visa sponsorship for qualified candidates. No knowledge of English is required for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Review insurance policies and determine coverage for claims
- Investigate claims by gathering relevant documentation and conducting interviews with involved parties
- Analyze information to determine the cause and extent of damages or losses
- Evaluate claims based on policy guidelines and applicable laws
- Negotiate and settle claims with policyholders or their representatives
- Maintain accurate records of all claim activities and decisions made
- Collaborate with legal counsel on complex or disputed claims

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience as an Insurance Claims Adjuster or similar role
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze information effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent in Croatian (knowledge of English is not required)
