Job Title: IT Manager - Siauliai, Lithuania


We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to join our growing team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. You will work closely with our team to ensure the smooth operation of all IT processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the company's goals and objectives
- Manage the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of hardware, software, and network systems
- Monitor network performance and security, troubleshoot issues as needed
- Oversee data backup and disaster recovery plans
- Manage IT budget and expenses, negotiate contracts with vendors
- Train employees on new technology systems or upgrades
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of company operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role as an IT Manager or relevant position
- Strong understanding of network administration and data management principles
- Experience with system security, data backup/recovery, and disaster recovery plans
- Knowledge of cloud-based systems (e.g. AWS) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively train employees on new technology systems

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position open to Indian nationals only. A valid biometric passport is required for this role.
