Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Utena. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate and efficient land surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other important information. Your primary goal will be to ensure the accuracy and integrity of survey data, in order to assist with various construction, engineering, and development projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS receivers and total stations
- Analyze survey data to determine property boundaries, topography, and other relevant information
- Prepare detailed reports and maps based on survey findings
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey data for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards related to land surveys
- Maintain accurate records of all survey data and equipment maintenance
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding project requirements and progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in land surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, methods, and techniques
- Proficiency in using specialized equipment such as GPS receivers and total stations
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to land surveys
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines
