We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team at a busy office in Malindi. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth running of the office. Your main duties will include answering phone calls, managing correspondence, organizing and maintaining files, and scheduling appointments.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and time management skills. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential. As we are a diverse team, proficiency in English is required.
