Senior JAVA Developer


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior JAVA Developer to join our dynamic team in Braga, Portugal. As a Senior JAVA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications using the JAVA programming language. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using JAVA
- Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing software applications
- Ensure code quality by conducting code reviews and implementing best practices
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in JAVA development
- Strong proficiency in core JAVA programming concepts and frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, etc.
- Experience with front-end development using HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting
- Strong communication skills in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Braga, Portugal. Relocation assistance can be provided for the right candidate.
