Indian Sales Manager in Albena, Bulgaria
We are hiring an experienced Indian Sales Manager to join our team in Albena. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and drive growth. Your main objective will be to build strong relationships with clients and partners, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients and partners
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep track of market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus
