Part-Time Civil Engineer (Karachi, Pakistan)


We are hiring a Part-Time Civil Engineer to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining various infrastructure projects. This is a part-time position that offers competitive salary of 1600$ per month and includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare designs, plans, and specifications for various civil engineering projects
- Conduct site investigations and provide recommendations for construction or maintenance
- Work closely with contractors and construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor progress of projects and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Conduct quality control checks on materials used in construction
- Prepare cost estimates for projects and track expenses to ensure they stay within budget
- Collaborate with other engineers and professionals to develop innovative solutions for complex engineering problems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience working as a civil engineer preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, concepts, practices, codes, and standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with contractors, clients, and team members
