Loader Operator

A reputable construction company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Loader Operator to join their team. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating heavy machinery to load materials onto trucks, perform routine maintenance on equipment, and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the loader in a safe and efficient manner according to company policies and procedures
- Load materials onto trucks using various attachments such as buckets, forks, and grapples
- Perform daily pre-operational checks on equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs
- Ensure proper storage of equipment at the end of each shift
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating loaders in a construction or industrial setting
- Valid loader operator certification preferred
- Ability to read and understand instructions, safety rules, and operating manuals
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Good hand-eye coordination and depth perception
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Preference will be given to Indian candidates who have experience operating loaders in the construction industry. Accommodation will be provided for the selected candidate.
