Senior Architect - Remish, India


We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Remish, India. As a Senior Architect, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage large-scale projects from concept design through construction. You will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs, coordinating with clients and consultants, and overseeing the work of junior architects.

To be successful in this role, you should have significant experience in architectural design and project management, as well as strong leadership skills. A degree in Architecture and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software is required. Experience working on commercial or residential projects is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept design through construction
- Develop creative and functional designs according to client needs and project requirements
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other team members to ensure project success
- Oversee the work of junior architects and provide guidance and mentorship when needed
- Conduct site visits to review progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Stay updated on industry trends and new design techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional site visits

Salary: 1200$ per month (based on experience)
