Sales Manager - Vilnius, Lithuania


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Vilnius. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve targets and drive growth in the Indian market. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$, including visa sponsorship for non-EU nationals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management, preferably in B2B sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in managing a team
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus
- Valid work permit for Lithuania (visa sponsorship available)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our presence in the Indian market
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and increase revenue
- Build strong relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition activities
- Monitor sales performance data and report to upper management regularly
- Train and onboard new sales representatives as needed
