Entry Level Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Entry Level Accountant to join our financial team in Kaunas. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate in accounting or a related field, with strong numerical and analytical skills. They will assist with daily financial tasks such as data entry, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. This entry-level position offers valuable experience and potential for growth within the company. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Filipino is preferred but not required. No prior experience is necessary as on-the-job training will be provided to ensure success in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry of financial transactions
- Reconcile accounts on a regular basis
- Prepare financial reports for management
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Collaborate with other team members to complete tasks efficiently
- Follow company policies and procedures for financial operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software programs
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data accurately
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Filipino is preferred but not required
