Junior Accountant

We are hiring a Junior Accountant to join our team in Kaunas. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with financial tasks such as data entry, reconciliations, and preparing financial reports. This position is suitable for Nepali candidates who are looking for part-time work and do not require English proficiency. No prior accounting experience is necessary as on-the-job training will be provided. The salary for this role starts at 1300$ per month and includes accommodation. This is an urgent position and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry of financial transactions
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Communicate with other departments to gather necessary information for financial reporting

Requirements:
- Nepali nationality preferred
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- Previous accounting experience is a plus but not required
