Merchandiser for Retail Store in Hawalli, Kuwait


We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our retail store team in Hawalli, Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays, organizing and stocking products, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with store management to develop effective merchandising strategies
- Create attractive displays that showcase our products and increase sales
- Ensure all merchandise is organized and properly stocked on shelves and displays
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management about restocking needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking supplies as needed
- Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
- Utilize visual merchandising techniques to enhance customer experience and promote brand awareness
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and implement new ideas to improve merchandising efforts

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or visual merchandising preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays if needed
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
