Foundry Supervisor


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Foundry Supervisor to join our team in Eldoret. As a Foundry Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring the quality of our metal castings. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of foundry operations, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of foundry workers
- Oversee the production process to ensure timely completion of orders
- Monitor quality control standards to ensure consistent, high-quality metal castings
- Train and mentor new employees on foundry processes and safety protocols
- Maintain inventory levels and order materials as needed
- Troubleshoot any issues with equipment or processes
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience working in a foundry setting
- Strong understanding of foundry processes, including melting, pouring, casting, and finishing
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed

Salary: $1700 per month

This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. We welcome candidates from all nationalities but prefer Indian applicants due to language proficiency. Candidates must have their own visa or be eligible for sponsorship.
