Data Analytics Specialist

As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large sets of data, identifying patterns and trends, and providing insights to drive business decisions. You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and develop strategies for data collection, storage, and analysis. Your role will also involve creating reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in data analysis or related role
- Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Data Science or related field
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques and predictive modeling
