We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team at a bustling coffee shop located in Lom, Kenya. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, as well as providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks according to customer requests
- Ensure that all beverages are made to the highest standard of taste, presentation, and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and maintain an accurate cash register
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and specials
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries or concerns
- Uphold company standards for quality control, food safety, and sanitation

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of various types of coffee drinks and brewing techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high quality standards
- Attention to detail with excellent time management skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
