Administrator for Women's Empowerment Program in Albena
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrator to join our Women's Empowerment Program in Albena. As part of our program, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all administrative tasks related to our initiatives to empower women in the community. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1300$, and accommodation, visa, and ticket will be provided for foreigners.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain records and databases related to the program
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and events for the program
- Communicate with program stakeholders and partners
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
- Assist in budget management for the program
- Provide administrative support to the program team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Previous experience in administration or project management preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
