We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Ufa. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maximizing profitability. This is a contract job with visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, budget, and inventory
- Hire, train, and schedule employees to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain financial records and prepare reports for upper management
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items that will appeal to customers

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Understanding of restaurant financials and ability to analyze data
- Proficiency in English (Russian language skills are preferred but not required)

Salary: 1400$ per month
