Sales Manager for Malayalees in Ar Rumaythiyah

We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets, and developing strategies to increase sales. This position requires excellent communication skills as you will be working with Malayalee clients. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales and be fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Build strong relationships with clients, particularly those in the Malayalee community
- Monitor market trends and identify potential new business opportunities
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to senior management
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop promotional campaigns

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales management
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of Malayalam language is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to travel within Ar Rumaythiyah for client visits

Salary: 900$ per month
