IT Manager
Our company, a leading IT firm in Herzliya, is seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to join our team. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies to meet the company's objectives
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and network systems
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of new hardware and software
- Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Manage the IT budget and make recommendations for cost-saving measures
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve our systems

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, data security, and system maintenance
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Proven experience managing a budget and implementing cost-saving measures

We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month along with benefits such as accommodation. This is a full-time position with regular working hours. Candidates must have their own visa to work in Herzliya.
