IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable IT Manager to join our growing team. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining new technologies, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our systems.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the company's information technology systems
- Oversee a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support
- Implement new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Ensure the security and integrity of all systems and data
- Troubleshoot any issues or outages that may arise with our systems
- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for future upgrades or improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cybersecurity, hardware/software systems, cloud computing, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Proven track record of successfully implementing new technologies within a company
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR or CCPA (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members

Salary: $1500 per month

Location: Herzliya, Israel (candidates from other locations are welcome)
