Job Title: Land Surveyor

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements to determine property boundaries, locations of structures, and topographical features. You will also collaborate with engineers and architects to provide accurate data for the design and construction of infrastructure projects. Your duties will include using specialized equipment such as GPS technology, total stations, and drones to collect data, analyzing survey data to create maps and reports, and maintaining accurate records of all surveys. Additionally, you may be required to communicate with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and permits for surveying projects.

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Geomatics or a related field and possess strong mathematical skills. You must also have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in using surveying software such as AutoCAD and Trimble Business Center is required. Previous experience in land surveying or related field is preferred.

This is a contract position with a salary of $1600 per month. The job location is in Atlanta but is open to candidates of all nationalities who are able to work legally in the United States. Fluency in English is required for this role.
