IT Support Specialist


We are a fast-growing technology company based in Vianden, seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, as you will be interacting with clients on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely resolutions
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Set up new user accounts and manage permissions for network resources
- Maintain accurate documentation of all support activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex issues
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms

Salary: 1600$
Location: Vianden (accommodation provided)
Work visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
