We are seeking a Moderator for our English-speaking community in Izhevsk. As part of our growing team, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and engaging environment for our community members. Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate discussions within the community to ensure they are respectful, on-topic, and adhere to community guidelines
- Answer questions and provide guidance to community members
- Encourage participation and engagement within the community through creating new discussions and responding to existing ones
- Work closely with other moderators to identify potential issues or conflicts within the community
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for growing and improving the community

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Indian nationality preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism
- Familiarity with online communities and social media platforms
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
- Biometric passport required

Salary:
Starting salary of 1400$ per month, with potential for growth based on performance.
