Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor online forums, discussion boards, and social media platforms for any inappropriate or harmful content
- Review user-generated content and make decisions on whether it should be approved or removed
- Engage with users in a professional manner to address any concerns or issues
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and community dynamics to effectively moderate discussions
- Work closely with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency across all communication channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for user engagement and community growth

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience as a Moderator or in a similar role
- Fluent English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of people
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evening or weekend shifts if needed
